This ticket is a revocable license to attend the event and is purchased, held, and used subject to all applicable rules and policies of ND DRIFT LLC (“ND DRIFT”), event organizers, event promoters, sanctioning bodies, and their affiliated companies as well as all orders of federal, state, and local governmental entities. If such a rule, policy, or order is violated, or if the ticket holder’s conduct otherwise endangers or disrupts any portion of the event or others attending the event, ND DRIFT may prevent entry or remove the ticket holder from the facility and/or revoke all related ticket rights. PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT IS AT TICKET HOLDER’S OWN RISK AND COMES WITH RESPONSIBILITIES. By use of this ticket and/or other event admission material, ticket holder agrees to each and all of the following terms. Ticket holder expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual conduct of the event. TICKET HOLDER HEREBY RELEASES ND DRIFT, event organizers, event participants, event promoters, sanctioning bodies, affiliated companies, event facilities and its/their officers, directors, members, owners, successors, assigns, agents, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence of released parties.
Tickets may be transferred to another party for no more than the original purchase value. To facilitate a transfer and update the registration, please contact ND DRIFT.
Ticket holder is not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket, and/or other event admission material or to payment for any damages of any kind for any reason from ND DRIFT, event organizers, event participants, event promoters, sanctioning bodies, and/or affiliated companies including, without limitation, cancellation, shortening, or other alterations of the event. No refunds or exchanges. Resale above face value is prohibited. Event dates, times, and participants are subject to change.
All event dates are subject to change at any time. If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event. Ticket holder agrees that ND DRIFT is not responsible for changes in date or time of the event and agrees that refunds will not be issued due to event date or times being changed unless otherwise communicated by ND DRIFT.
